Run into the Wild

A three-day wilderness trail running retreat filled with unique opportunities for women to connect with wild spaces and build community.

Over the course of the retreat, participants will be guided by instructors and professional athletes through trail runs, running technique workshops, yoga, and inspirational fireside chats. We’ll fuel our bodies with an all wild food menu sourced from the garden and our partner, Snowgrass Farms. Rest and re-energize on our 20-acre grounds surrounded by wildlife, blanketed with unforgettable night skies, and dotted with fall colors and wildflowers.

Maria Dalzot, professional trail and mountain runner for La Sportiva will lead participants on the trail and around the community fire through a skill-building technique workshop and inspirational fireside chat. Sara Washburn, of Just Breathe Yoga, will lead participants through post-run yoga and meditation.
